Shipping & Returns

Our Policy

At Dikor, we treat each item you purchase as if it were our own and take extreme care when packaging the order. All orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and in many cases, your items may even ship out to you the same day.

Generally, shipments take between 1-3 business days for delivery. However, for customized items (i.e. personalized text embroidery), please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing. If you need the item expedited, please contact us via email or telephone and we will try our best to accommodate.

Note: All items are shipped using United States Parcel Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States.

Flat rate shipping charges are calculated using the merchandise total before tax and before any discounts.

Delivery times for standard delivery are approximate and we will make every effort to ship out your order the following business day. However, during severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.

Note: The shipping & delivery times listed above do not take national holidays into consideration. Because shipments cannot be made when the United States Postal Service is closed, please adjust the above times accordingly.


At Dikor, we are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund*. To do so, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number.

Returns without the return authorization number will not be accepted.

Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges.

If you received free shipping on your purchase, the amount refunded to you will be reduced by the amount of any shipping fees incurred by Dikor when initially shipping the products to you.

Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

*Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized or embroidered items.

To expedite the process, please include a printed copy of your original sales receipt with the merchandise being returned. Once the item being returned is received, we will process the credit to your account promptly and email a copy of the refund memorandum to the email provided during the initial purchase of the product.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery time is based on the time required to process the order and the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package.

Typically, all non-personalized (embroidered) orders are processed and shipped either the same or following business day. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for customization.

Non-Delivered Orders

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.

Freight Damage

Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Upon receipt of your shipment, please check it thoroughly for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted and claims of damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

It is also the responsibility of the claimant to contact the delivery service provider (USPS) and file the claim. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. However, failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with the carrier will result in denial of claim.

Personalized Embroidery

We make the option of personalized text embroidery available for all aprons included in our product sets. However, once the order has been placed and the product has been personalized with custom embroidery, we cannot accept returns for these items unless the return is due to manufacturers’ defects in material or workmanship.

These defects include the: misspelling of the embroidery text if at the fault of the seller*, the seller uses the incorrect font style or the wrong color of thread to print the embroidery (as specified by the customer during the order process), or if there are stains or tears in the apron fabric.

*When completing the order process, please be sure to verify the spelling entered into the text box for correctness prior to submitting the order. If a mistake is made, please contact us immediately.

Because our goal is to ship every order out as soon as possible, all spelling errors must be corrected via email or telephone (1-844-223-6863) within 10 minutes of the order placement.

If we believe that there may be an obvious misspelling due to customer error (i.e. Emily says Enily, etc.), we will make all efforts to contact you prior to fulfilling the order to confirm that the spelling entered by the customer is in-fact correct.

Note: Although we will make our best effort to help correct these errors before customizing the aprons, it is not our responsibility to proof-read the text entered by the customer. Please be sure to verify that the spelling entered into the text box is correct before submitting the order.
